Transport belts and membranes for photovoltaic industry

Key to the manufacturing of PV-modules is the laminating process. synthetica offers cut pieces or converted transport belts made from PTFE coated fabrics with various joint constructions for this manufacturing process.

Due to our high quality PTFE coatings, our PTFE belts are exceptionally long lasting resulting in cost savings for you.

Our silicone rubber membranes used in the same process are especially worth mentioning. A new membrane using a specially developed compound for this application has proved itself in the market. Even there, especially where strong EVA outgassing is present, you will get substantially more cycles compared to conventional standard membranes.

Many of our customers use standard PTFE coated glass fabric transport belts in their vulcanizing units.

As well as Standard belts, we can now also offer our newly developed material. Our premium quality silver material. Specially developed additives are mixed into the coating process.
